Sorry for the vague description but I got a call from a friend asking for help. Here is what he said to me:

It is an electric pressure washer with an on off switch on the device itself, and a reset and test button on the power plug. He doesn’t have a manual so he is following the directions on the plug (press reset, power must be on, press test, power must be off) but it doesnt work…Can any one help him out?
