A while ago (maybe a year) I kept having really intense headaches that came suddenly and left after a few seconds, and if they lasted very long it would knock me out. It wasn’t exactly a headache, though, it was a real intense pressure about where my head sits on my neck and a bit further into my head. They came randomly, and didn’t seem to be stimulated by anything. Well, they’ve gotten better, but now every once in a while, I get a stiff pressure in the same spot, that gets worse if I hold my head up straight and feels a little better when I hang my head. If I move around a lot, it gets really intense and knocks me out of breath. Also, I can hear my pulse in my right ear. I keep it plenty clean, and it’s only in my right. I also keep having nosebleeds. Some last for a while, others are just little trickles.

I went to a neurologist when I first started having the real short intense headaches, and I don’t really think he understood what I was talking about. He didn’t speak english very well. They scanned my head and found nothing, but he said that ideally they would do a scan during a headache to see what was happening.

Does anyone have any ideas? Normal headache medicine doesn’t help and I’m so tired of my head always hurting like this.

Thanks
