I don’t want anyone to do my homework for me, but I’m stumped. I cant figure out where to get more information or examples. This is my assignment:

There is a fictitious hazardous waste site located adjacent to a river which is a tidal estuary. This was the site of an industry that pressure treated wood and operated for many years without any waste management practices. The industry was shut down prior to 1965 leaving behind chemical pollutants in the soil, groundwater, surface water, surface water sediments and even the air.

You are the Project Manager of the listed Hazardous Waste Site with the ultimate goal and directive of cleaning up the site for possible future use.

Draft both an outline and narrative Project Plan for accomplishing this goal that includes:

Site Safety Plan

Waste Characterization (Research Pressure Treating Wood process and choose at least 3 chemical or metal contaminants)

Site Control

(Note: Refer to Chapters 2-5 in your Textbook)

Make sure you document all reference material, texts, websites, etc. used in your Plan development.

All I need is to be pointed in a positive direction, for I don’t know where to start.
Also, if there are any examples of these plans online. Any help would be great.
