Open Question: Possible Infection? Red and warm to the touch.?
Posted by adminSep 2
The other day I was walking out of my kitchen and stubbed my toe. It immediately started bleeding and was throbbing. I cleaned it and put a band-aid on it, which I would change daily after I would take a shower. This being about 5-6 days ago, it’s swollen and red now all around my big toe. It’s very tender and warm to the touch. I was in so much pain last night that I could hardly sleep. It felt like a constant throbbing. There was a bit of yellow stuff coming out of the side of it when I put pressure on it.
Any idea of what it may be? Could it be an infection?
