Ok so my coolant was all effed up and I had to pour a new bottle into it like every week or something like that so I took it to get fixed knowing something big was wrong. (I have a 02 impala.)
So here is the description they gave me.
Technician pressure tested the cooling system. Found plastic elbows leak. They drained cooling system and removed belt and alternator and removed tensioner bracket and then removed old elbows and installed new ones. They then assembled related parts. Filled the cooling system and cleaned engine. The labor came out to 235.50$ and parts came to 73.00$ I don’t know much about cars so overall was I ripped off or was this a legit procedure. Altogether it came out to $337.65
Ps. Aside from this before this I got an oil change but for some reason my change oil light is on. Is something wrong or is everything ok and jiffy lube people just not turn the light off.
