Last night, I was listening to music (it was an MP5 player with earbuds) and I felt a sort of pressure in my left ear. As I listened longer, the pressure increased and it felt like it was aching. I also feel like it’s kinda affecting the part of my head that’s near the ear. What could it be? Is it an earache?

I have also been cleaning my ears with Q-tips and it could be possible that I might’ve infected the ear with it…or it could be because I share my MP5 player with my friends sometimes.
My ear also kinda feels warmer than usual on the inside and I have been sniffling a little bit these past few days (but I don’t exactly have the cold). As well, last night, I could’ve sworn I felt a little fluid inside my ear.
Oh, and there’s no hearing changes so far in my left ear. I can hear normally. But when I was listening to music last night, it felt extremely sensitive.
