I was given 5 days of Z-Pack (azithromycin) for ear infections in both ears. I’ve been off from those for about 2 days now, having taken all of them…and my ears do not hurt anymore. But they feel like a lot of pressure is in them or like they are kind of stopped up about 10 to 20%. Is this normal, and will it go away with time? I’ve been cleaning out this neon yellow gunk out of my ears with q-tips, and that seems to be what may be left of the fluid that used to be in my ears.
