The story of Jaycee Lee Dugard’s kidnapping and how she was found alive after 18 years in captivity makes my skin crawl. I know there are monsters in this world. There are 116 registered sex offenders in Concord . I never would have though something this horrific and disgusting would be right in the area I live and have been right under our noses for 18 years without anyone noticing. Some people did notice and they did the right thing at the time and called the police when they questioned child
