The problems within large organisations are numerous however, things will not improve unless people stand up and make their true feelings known. For starters, answering questions asked by honest individuals instead of hiding by removing the questions would help. The reality is that you are fearful of losing your jobs, or your respect, both of which will be lost if corporations don’t change their systematic destruction of all that is good on our planet and begin to put back the resources they have stripped from every corner of the earth already.
It is a positive comment,
to suggest that the shareholders will get a better deal by voting in real leaders who will take charge and change the systems for the better, but i guess a strong and ethically conscious leader will not bend so easily under shareholder pressure, those shareholders being partner corporations who stand to gain market influence by the unethical actions of other organisations.
It is high time to re evaluate these systems, because aside from everything else, the public, consumers if you like, the ones who pay you, are about to close your systems down if you do not start ‘using re cycled paper’ for instance, or if you do not begin to stop using so much petroleum based packaging ‘plastic’ or maybe it will be the lack of plastic cards … Cash still exists or the wars that are created to suit commercial interests.
You read it, you take it in …oooo but don’t let the boss know, or worse still the public!
