Objective: design a rocket that will travel the highest.
Rocket MUST be made to fit these parameters:
- must use a 2-liter bottle
- the mass of the rocket cannot exceed 300 grams (without water)
- no motors, engines, or batteries may be attached to the rocket.
- all energy imparted to the rocket must originate from the water/air pressure combination
- rocket must be launched at a pressure that does not exceed 50 psi
- every component should remain attached to the rocket body.
More Details:
- the rocket will be launched with a combination of compressed air and water. One third of the rocket will filled with water at the launch site and released using an air compressor.
