I am planning to take an apartment on the 12th floor of a 19 storey building. Please advise me on the following:

– At this height will there be swaying due to the wind pressure ? Will this weaken the apartment at this floor ?

– When there is an earthquake, are higher floors more susceptible to shaking and damage ?
