Open Question: We are not having regular sex even in marriage, is this normal?

I dated my husband for about a year before we got married three months ago. Sex was good and regular in the beginning of the relationship but it gradually waned. I started getting worried when we were having sex once in 6 weeks or not at all and promptly had a chat with my fiance. He said it was nothing and he was just always tired and having constant headaches. He promised it would change after marriage and I kept my fingers crossed.
I have been married for three months now and the frequency of sex has not changed. On our honeymoon, we were away for 6 days, he manged to make love to me once and I practically begged and fought for the second time. he does not have a problem with erection and once we are at it, we can go for a good while.
He works as an IT manager running single handedly an IT department for a big software organisation and complains regularly of the pressure of doing everything alone in the office. And while I understand the pressures and demands of this role, I am beginning to suffer as I find my husband so darn attractive and Irresistible (like I have found no one else).
This year 2010, my husband has only slept with me three times. I am a bit worried cos I do not really want to to discuss my sex or marital life with anybody, family or friend. But these constant headaches, tiredness, stress, high blood pressure excuses are driving me round the bend - I thought those were MY lines
plus my craving to sleep with him aint going anywhere either. Please help.
I also thought newly weds are supposed to be at it like rabbits…I am definitely always randy around my husband but i dont feel its the same with him.
My man is not adventurous in bed and DOES NOT like a ‘head’ - the day I tried to give him one, he promptly shoved me away
He works 9-6 but works later every now and again but he brings work home EVERYDAY including weekends so i am used to sharing him with his laptop since my complaints and nagging has not stopped him
I try different ways to make him relax but none works. I dress up in different sexyyy lingeries daily and prance about but he takes no notice. So I strut naked sometimes - even that doesnt get his attention. I initiate sex more than he does and 95% of the time I get turned down.
I have asked if we should see a doctor but he closes up when i try to talk. he is only 38. He uses BP drugs - could this be a cause?
I’d rather he comes at me everytime now because I hear women drop in their libido after 36 and I am only 33 now so i want to enjoy it while I can.
