How long a person live off a ventilator? With just using that as a source of breathing. My grandfather is having many difficulties breathing, he is now in the hospital with living off a ventilator. I want to know how long he can live with his serious sickness. His blood pressure is also very high. Please Help! I will be so thankful Toady he could not breathe for sometime. My mother is crying her eyeballs out.
