well two years ago my doctor told me I had tendinitis after i went to the the doctors for my wrist because it hurt whenever I put pressure on it. My wrist has hurt ever Sense it goes on and off, i’m a cheerleader, so i have to tumble on it, and hold people up with their body weight on my wrist. This year I got a ganglion on that same wrist, I heard they don’t hurt so i figured the pain was just my normal tendinitis, so i hit it with a book and its gone pretty much and i can just feel it a little when i touch it, but when i push it or touch it, it hurts very bad. my wrist is really hurting right now when i bend it either way or put any pressure on it. I don’t know what do. should i just take some pain killers, or just buck it up, or go to the doctors, i don’t know. I have a high tolerance of pain so i’m not sure.
