I’ve never had issues with my blood pressure. It always ran a little low, around 110/70 but on my home blood pressure machine it just read 89/64. The reason I even bothered to take it is because all day yesterday and this morning I was shakey. I took my sugar and it is 98. I have a family history of diabetes and HIGH blood pressure so I thought it might be one of those. But I wasn’t sure and I don’t know if it may have something to do with the fact that I have SVT (my heart goes REALLY fast then REALLY slow then fixes itself) or that I am on Lupron for my endometriosis. I thought maybe someone could give me an idea for what is wrong and how to raise my blood pressure? I am going to the Dr. Monday, but for now I was just wondering. Thanks in advance!
I usually run low on everything. Iron, temperature, blood pressure. So I’ve started taking multivitamins. I’ll be 20 next month and I weigh 165, which is over weight but I gained 10 lbs. on the Lupron. I don’t exercise, except for yoga 2xs a week. The lack of exercise is because I really don’t like it but I really can’t either because I had surgery about 6 months ago on my endometriosis and it hurts if I work it too hard, and I don’t have enough cartlidge in my left knee so I can’t run without pain. And yes, I do have a lot of health problems, but they are all true, the Dr.s have discovered them, I’m not a hypocondriac. I happened to get all of the bad genetic things that run in my family, my sister has none of it.
