Open Question: Help me over come my weight?

Okay, I am fourteen years old, starting high school soon. In the summer of 2009, I went on a diet and lost around 10 pounds. I was extremely happy and relieved with myself, but I began eating again in September. I guess I have been gorging myself with food from stress and peer pressure. Now I’m in the stage where I feel like I’m where I started, around 140 pounds. Even though I was overweight after my diet, I was still happy I could be able to make a difference all by myself. Now I am thinking of going on a diet all the way to the end of summer, to maybe stretch my goal and lose around fifteen pounds. Just saying, I might begin this diet by next week, so it will be a 7 month period. But tell me, what will I do? I will start eating healthier and stuff like that, but I’m talking about the exercise. I wake up at 6 in the morning for school, and usually oversleep and wake up at 6:30. And I used to exercise an hour a day, 30 minutes in the morning, and then at night. I just ‘t find any time to do it. Please help me, I just want to do what is best for my body.
So basically what I am asking is these questions:
How will I find the time to exercise?
Help me with my diet?
and, How will I not go back to downing myself with food?
