please help me if you can.this is a huge problem i have here.

for the week and a half i have been getting these tiny headaches on the right side of my head. slightly above the ear area,and they come and go during the day. To top that off i am getting constant nosebleeds from my left nostril only.I looked up my nose with a flash light and there are no cuts and the blood seems to be coming within the body.The nosebleeds happens when i’m taking a shower or if i’m eating something.Could it be the steam? The only thing that i can think of is high blood pressure,but im only 19 and this is happening all so sudden that i fear for my life.

As for the doctors, it seems that i been cut off from medical. Well from what i know i have to pay around 500 to go to the doctors,because they did a background check and found out i had additional money in the bank(which is a school grant). I am a full time college student which entitles me to health benefits no? School starts tomorrow,so i guess i will see the schools nurse until i get get my insurance to cover my visits.
Oh some additional details, I don’t drink or take any drugs if anyone thinks that. As far as high blood pressure goes, i don’t even know if i have it or not its just a wild guess,1 and a half month ago i went to a health fair and checked my blood pressure and they told me i was normal.
