Im 31 weeks and last night I had a horrible migraine that kept me up, I only dozed off for about an hour =/ and then when I woke up I had my very first nose bleed that lasted about a minute. I know nose bleeds and headaches are normal during pregnancy but I also read that it can be a sign of high blood pressure? Anyways should I make an appointment or does it sound like nothing?
