Weed is NOT physically addictive. The reason people keep doing it is because they like it. In fact everyday coffee is more addictive then weed. The overdose thing…it is impossible to overdose on weed. You would need to smoke more than your body weight in under about 15 minutes and you would pass out before you even got close to that amount. Weed does not cause cancer it actually helps fight it. You will have short memory loss BUT ONLY WHILE YOU ARE HIGH. After you become sober you will get that back. Weed can help people with eating disorders and insomnia. It can help those who suffer with depression. It is NOT a gateway drug. The only reason people think this is because the dealers that sell it will try to pressure you into heavier stuff. If it was legal that would not be a problem and maybe a decline in heavier drugs as well. It doesn’t support terrorism/drug lords because most weed is grown locally. If it was legal it might even help the country out of repression because it could be taxed and we could know for sure that it wasn’t laced with cocaine, heroine, meth, etc. Pretty much everything that you’ve ever heard about weed is all propaganda and lies.

Oh and by the way many legal prescriptions and even over the counter medications can kill you.
P.S. one more thing I forgot to add: Weed is less harmful than alcohol and over 100,000 people die from drinking every year. Nobody has ever died from weed.
