Sorry this is long. Hi, before I post this question I’m only looking for an actual medical opinion. The other night I went to the emergency room because I had pretty high blood pressure (It was around 150-something / 60-something, but I don’t really remember so that may not be any help) and my heart rate was 180 (when I got to the hospital, but I’m pretty sure it was at least 200 before I went, and I’m pretty sure my blood pressure was higher too because I wasn’t even toughing my neck but my blood was pumping so hard that the artery or vein, I’m not really sure which it was, left side of my neck, kept bulging and hitting my finger). Also I was shaking and my vision was slightly blurry, and my heart was beating so hard that when I put my hand on my chest I could see it moving quite a lot. Now that I told you my symptoms, on to my question. Before this happened I was smoking in a car with the doors and windows closed for probably an hour at least, and we only opened the door twice and it was for less than 10 seconds. (There were two of us by the way) And I was wondering if that may have led to carbon dioxide poisoning or something like that. I still feel funny today, my left arm’s a little numb and I feel weak. They gave me dilauted at like 2 o’clock this morning, but that’s the only med I took. I have to go now, so if you could help that’d be great, but if you have further questions post them and I’ll get back to them. Before I forget, my normal resting heart rate is between 80 and 100 bpm.
