so i went to the opticians the other day and she refered me to the hospital because my blood pressure was a lot higher in my left eye than my right, and because i said i had been getting headaches she was really worried. Well anyway im a really paranoid person and my appointment is on the 4th of feb and since i went i havent been sleeping properly and i have been having panic attacks. The high blood pressure thing isnt something serious right? Ive had a million things running through my head and i just need to know what to expect like worst case etc…
