So I had this round, inflamed, protruding skin on my upper cheek. I thought it might be a boil, so I applied heat yesterday and today it looked slightly smaller with a small scab over it. I could see some a little pus underneath and I read that draining might be a good idea so I applied pressure and out came a little bit of yellow fluid and a lot of blood. When I cleaned the area there was a huge hole on my face! It’s like a pore but a lot bigger, and I don’t know what should I do to prevent infection and scarring?? Please this is serious.
I’m a teen and have mild acne. This thing appeared after a breakout and seemed very characteristic of a boil but I don’t know, I’m just worried about this opening which I would say is a little smaller than the widest part of a pen tip.

First off, I know very little about plumbing so please excuse my ignorance.

My father and I changed and relocated my hot water heater back in December. We had to change it’s location from the attic to the garage as there was no easy way to get a new HWH into the attic without tearing up ceilings. The HWH was obviously installed before the walls/roof/ceilings were finished. In removing the old HWH we drained the contents through the HW lines in the house. I’m assuming that because of this, it may have clogged some of the valves and the ‘mixer pipe’ with debris.

In our master bath we have both a shower stall and a tub. The shower works fine but the tub has had restricted water flow since we did the work with the HWH. Something was blocked so bad that I could not get any HW out of the tub until I blew/sucked out a bunch of junk between the valve and the discharge pipe/faucet. Today my wife was trying to pull the plunger for blocking the pipe so that the water would come out of the showerhead in the tub. The water pressure was not enough to hold the plunger up.

I have plenty of water coming out of the valves when the stems are not in place. Yes, enough to flood the bathroom in a short amount of time.

What I am talking about is the small pipe that the water flows through when it leaves the valve on way to the faucet discharge. I had to blow/suck the valve/faucet discharge to get a bunch of gunk out when I initially had this problem. It was so clogged that no water was coming out of the hot side at all. I’d like to somehow clean this piece of pipe but don’t know if there is some sort of cleaner or gadget that I could use to do so.

Is there some sort of device I can use to clean between the valve (or whatever it’s called that the water flows through when the handle is opened) and the faucet discharge?

I’m now 3 days past my due date and am really starting to lose my patience. For almost 2 weeks now people have been insist on calling me every day, multiple times a day to ask me if I am in labor yet. Then if I don’t answer the phone they just show up. Right now I absolutely cannot stand messes in the house. I’m tired of cleaning. I have very little energy. I barely sleep anymore due to how uncomfortable I am with the extra weight, pressure, leg cramps, back aches, etc. etc..
I’m getting sick of all the phone calls and people inviting themselves over all of a sudden and staying for hours on end. I understand that they are probably just excited but I’m becoming highly annoyed by it. I just want to be left alone right now. I find myself getting snappy and having little patience with people. I’m sick of being pregnant and just want to have this baby already. Does raspberry tea really help for labor induction? What else works and don’t say sex because right now I’d rather tear somebody a new butthole than have sex.

I live in a community and they have certain rules about maintenance.
I just had my house pressure cleaned. The driveway and sidewalk. The gentleman did such a great job. I was very pleased. Now my driveway and sidewalk look cleaner than anyone else. That was yesterday. Today when I woke up, I went out and found that someone dropped some maroon paint right in the front of my driveway!! Last week, someone had threw a rock and break my window. I didn’t think anything of it at the time, thinking maybe the crew who cut the grass may have done it by accident with their tool. Then I remembered that last month or so, someone had thrown some wet cement on the side of my white car and driveway. At this point, I really believe that someone is harassing me. Would a police report help? Those actions were done while I’m out or at night. I was told that I had one of the most beautiful house in the neighborhood and I think it may be a jealous person. (or I’m hoping that’s all it is! ) . I have no problem with my immediate neighbors. I’ m a very private person and don’t get in anyone business. Please give me some practical suggestions

New (for me) vehicle. First, can those shift indicator lights be adjusted? If I went by this one I’d be in 5th gear at 40mph! The oil pressure gauge doesn’t drop below 40, then when I start it it jumps to above 80. It’s supposed to run in the 40 range, but can the gauge be adjusted or does it need to be replaced? Then there are additives. Are oil/gas/radiator treatments worth the money? Do they really help? I’m thinking of one for the radiator (an anti-rust), some kind of sludge cleaner for the oil before changing it and a gas treatment to clean the lines. Am I going to overdose the poor thing? An old man drove this, never did anything for it and went maybe 20 miles twice a week at 30mph. I’m planning on an oil change, radiator flush, changing the plugs (and maybe the wires) and going to have them look underneath while they have it on the rack - axles, universal joints, transmission fluid levels checked…
Anything else I haven’t thought of mechanically?

Now interior - living in a small town, we only have one junkyard and it isn’t very helpful. Anyone know of an online site that could help me with little stuff like armrests, ashtrays, rear window lock, etc?

I recently found out just a few hours ago in fact that i had swine flu.
However in late september i slept with a guy who was wearing no condom and i’m not on the pill. He’s clean i know that i’ve seen his test results.
When he came he pulled out. I think i might be pregnant but my periods not due for a few days. Will wine flu kill my baby in early pregnancy? also i have been taking cold anf flu tablets and tomorrow will get some swine flu medication. It’s an unwanted pregnancy (if i’m pregnant) and if it doesn’t than i’ll have an abortion (if i turn out to be pregnant that is.

I’m very young and unable to cope with the pressure, strain and money worries as well as attention that a baby needs.

So will the swine flu and meds harm or damage the fetus?

We see other about every three months. Our ages are both 45. We are both considered attractive, work out and keep ourselves clean and well kept for each other. I believe him when he tells me there are no other women in his life, but he does masturbate on a regular basis. When he comes to see me, he is never ‘hot’ for me.
