My mother in law has been neglecting her son (3yrs) for her granddaughter(2yrs). Her house smells of dog feces because her two rottweilers roam around in a small pin in their own feces and then are brought inside then sleeps in the kitchen. Dishes are stacked so high they grow mold and garbage piles up until maggots cover it. No one wants to clean up, not even her. When she gets home from an 8-7 job she screams at her son to ‘get the f^$$ away.’ She cannot servive a day without a nerve pill which doesn’t work and she claims gets her ‘f%^^ed up’, or alcohol. His father is the same way. He works at night, takes a bunch of speed then comes home and sleeps. He plays with him for about 5min and then is forced to whisper and watch t.v. the entire day. Last Christmas when he was here he was screaming that he couldn’t go home. The granddaughter she claims is being abused. She says she has bruises all over her that aren’t from falling (which she can’t prove), moldy bottles, and dirt embedded in her skin and scalp. Every time I’ve seen the child she looks clean and fine. Not once has she ever screamed when she had to go back home or made it clear that she was afraid. I tried asking why she was trying to take someone else’s child away from them and all she could tell me was ‘it’s a grandmother thing you wouldn’t understand.’ I have a little one of my own so I don’t know how I wouldn’t understand! It doesn’t help that she has told me stories about how she thought she was having a girl and even told her daughter she was but her ex husband forced her have an abortion. I don’t beleive the girl is being abused, and I worry sick about her son. When I try to voice my opinions I’m the bad guy. Even my husband says it’s useless trying to fight. I don’t know what to do. If I call CYS it’s more pressure on my family (me, my son, and my husband) but if I just let it go her con is going to turn out messed up. Am I wrong to not beleive the girl is being abused? I need some advice here!
They try to say I should have sympathy for the little girl because I was abused at her age. I tried looking at her myself to see if she was being abused but she shows no signs. She’s clean and I never see bruises. At her age I was screaming for help. So I just ignored their accusations. But her son screams bloody murder every time he has to go home. I’ve never seen that before! Like I said, I am the horrible one because I won’t listen to them and try to say something about her son. They are going to end up turning that girl against her mother and her own son against her. She used to say all the time how she wanted her to raise and such and she used to call CYS on her mother constantly. If something was wrong they would have done something by now! They thought her son ate one of his dad’s pills one time. And not prescription pills. But she won’t leave and just claims she can’t do anything it’s not her fault.
When it comes to taking him in it’s a hard decision. Money wise I don’t know if we could afford another child. But my husband (his older brother) once stated he would take him in. Now though I am unsure. As for the pills and the house, all I have are witnesses. My husband and maybe even her step daughter who lives with her. But I doubt that. Others have seen her son screaming and question her ways. So theirs witnesses on that. But inside the house it’s I don’t have anything but my husband.

So I had a salivary stone in the gland under my tongue, the gland got infected and yes it was immensely painful. I went to the doctor who gave me some antibiotics told me to keep my mouth clean.

So after taking my pills the swelling began to decrease, but I noticed a white-ish lump on the gland that didn’t seem to go down. Thinking it was an abscess I sterilized a needle and punctured it. To my surprise there was no pain…which also worried me. No pus came out either, but the next day when pressure built up in the gland I gave a press underneath my jaw, and a stone a little larger than a grain of rice popped out. The white-ish lump has since gone, but the small hole I made hasn’t gone away and it’s been about 2 weeks. Also my saliva is now draining from that hole. Should I go back in and get a doctor to close up the hole, or will it close on it’s own?

I need answers cause tomorrow I have to get a cavity filled.
In 2006 and 07 I had to get a cavity filled and in 06 when they started to drill I could feel the drill and without thinking I grabbed my dentist arm and pulled his hand out of my mouth so they gave me another shot and in 07 they gave me two shots before they started and the pain wasn’t as bad but it still hurt a lot so tomorrow should I ask for three or two and nitrous oxide (I’m not completely sure if they have any) or what also the gel stuff before the shot never worked for me I just found out what its supposed to do I actually thought it was to clean it. also I don’t know if it matters but I have a slightly high blood pressure.

My car generally idles smoothly (it is sometimes a little rougher if the interior temp gauge reads hotter than normal), my oil is clean, my coolant fluid is clean, I can smell fluid when the heat is on and the inside of all my windows are coated with a film, there is no fluid on the passenger side floor, I have to continually top up the coolant, there is a spot of varying size on the ground where I park that roughly lines up with the location of the heater core/overflow reservoir, it only starts to run hot if the fluid level is low again, even when the fluid is low it only heats up when I’m idling, as soon as I drive away the temp comes right back down, there appears to be no pressure in the cooling system(it doesn’t sound like a pop bottle when I crack the overflow cap), it doesn’t steam or smoke and my exhaust doesn’t smell. A busy mechanic that my husband has had problems with took a two second look at it right at closing time and said that the gasket was blown. I’m not convinced he was right. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi i just recently started getting bitten this summer, but i don’t know how. I’ll wake up no problem. Go do something random, then i’ll sit on my bed and start playing video games. But now i’ve been feeling itchy. I got bit on my finger 3 times not its swollen and i cant put pressure on it. I have one on my middle knuckle, a giant bite on the back of my thigh and at least 5 on my back. I’m a very clean person. I googled to see if it was bedbugs but its not. So far ive changed my sheets like 7 times this week but more and more are coming. My sister had 2 bites randomly grow on her ankle and the same with my mom. We’ll just sit there and start itching an itchy spot and then the bump grows.

I woke up this morning with a sporadic ache in my chest just under the left breast muscle. I’d be afraid that it was a heart attack but my arm is fine, my breath is even, and I’m not really sweating or anything like that. Still If eel a lot of pressure on my chest and I CAN NOT AFFORD to go to a doctors. I have no insurance and it costs 135 just to get my teeth cleaned. God knows how much any real test costs.

Anyhow, is the ache that resembles a bruised arm after being punched…could it just be heartburn?
I’m also only twenty five, eat healthy, and regularly exercise. No smoking either.

I had my beautiful son a few months ago (he is now 3months old)
I am 14 and wanted to have an abortion but was pressured into keeping it by my mother. I live in her house with Sammy, but earn my stay by cleaning for her, ironing for her and doing most of the cooking while also taking the full responsibility of looking after my son and trying to keep up with my education at the same time.
I am doing the best I can, but get very stressed and was hoping for some general/helpful tips that you can give me on anything I have said in this question…. thank you so much!!3

Just curious since this is my 1st baby. I work in a secured area so I kind of want to be on alert…

Saturday I walked around the mall 2 hours and continued to stay active, i rested off and on because i didnt want to stress my body or baby. Sunday I woke up for 2 1/2 hours and slept again, this was off and on all day with some cleaning in between. Today, I felt really crappy, very tired for the past few weeks but today was really bad. I had to use the restroom (#2) about 3 times today and I usually maybe only 1. I got a quick cramping in my lower back. I have never noticed any type of contractions. I have been getting more frequent and harder sharp pains in my vagina. Pelvic pressure is increasing, especially after walking. WHat are somethings you noticed close to your labor starting? How long after did you give birth?
