Hypertension is a high blood pressure that can cause to be a blood bomb and cause heart attack I think. I don’t know much about it but how can I keep myself from hypertension.

So, in case you don’t know, me and my guy friend tried an official relationship almost two months ago. I felt it was weird and he agreed so we called it off. But some people are telling me that he still likes me and only agreed to make me comfortable. If I didn’t say anything, we’d probably still be officially together. He is still keeping our plans for prom (eight months away I know; he asked back in June), even though he isn’t even going to our high school anymore (hes in college prep independant study). So, what’s your opinion on all this? Should I mention something about trying a relationship again, and if so, what should I say? Or, should I wait, or not do anything? Thanks and please no rude answers!

Oh, my friend said that my guy friend had some big elaborate plan to ask me out (because my friend that I just mentioned pressured my guy friend to ask me out before he planned, he did it over text and hes not the kinda person to do that, and he didn’t want to do it like that) so should I use that to bring up the topic? Like ask him what it was and go from there? thanks!

He’s 3 years old. Has a history of ITP with no relapses since diagnosed in May. Sat night he got a fever 99.5 and mild headache. Sunday fever got up to 101.5 and he had a very painful headache that went away with tylenol. Monday headache was lighter and fever was 99.8 so I took him to prompt care to get a cbc. Viruses tend to lower his platelet count and i wanted to check on them. They wouldn’t do one, cause their lab tech was gone for the day. They did a strep culture that came back negative and said he’s fine go home. By Wed. he seemed fine so I took him to the playground. His nose started bleeding and wouldn’t stop so I took him to the ER for a CBC. Platelets were 255 white was 6.2 and MCH and MCV were low and RDW was high, can’t remember the numbers. They said he seems fine so they sent him home still bleeding and said to keep pressure on it. It eventually stopped and he went to bed. In the morning Thursday he woke up with a wicked cough, so I took him back to promt care thinking maybe with a cough they could prescribe something. They said there is nothing wrong with him take him home and give him allergy meds. We get half way home and he starts vomitting bright red clotty blood, so we go straight to the ER. Chest XRAY is clear and CBC is Normal excpet these values wbc 3.7 mcv 69.1 mch 22.2 rdw 18.1. His platelets fell to 226 but are still fine since he’s been down to 8 before with his ITP. They send him to the childrens hosp and they again tell me he’s fine, go home. Saturday he was complaining he felt something hot going down his throat and then he got the hiccups which he never gets, so For my own peace of mind I took him for another CBC Sat and his mcv and mch are still low and his rdw is still high. His platelets are 250 and his white is 7.2. So I’m guessing he’s anemic. His hemoglobin and crit are right at the low end of normal. But the docs keep telling me nothing is wrong. Since I’ve never seen other 3 year olds walking around puking blood casually, I know he’s not fine. Anyone have any ideas. They want him to go see and ent on Monday to check for a torn blood vessel in the back of his throat or an active post nasal bleed. Thanks in advance! O ya and He does also have an appt with his ped. but it takes weeks to get into her sometimes, so that’s why I use promt care.

Here are a few things I’ve come up with on my own since the docs seems to want me to do all the hard work.
Sinus infection They said no cause he has no signs of infection since his wbc went down instead of up.
Ulcer: they said no he’s too young, but they never checked out his belly at all.
Some sort of weird virus that causes bleeding They said there aren’t any viruses like that, but just one week before us my neices had all the same symptoms to the T without the bleeding

Okay so I have a weight issue and I went to the doctor earlier on in the week and she said I needed to lose the weight because high blood pressure not only is caused by obesity but I have a family history of it.

I have a friend who had a weight problem because she had juvenile arthritis and her meds caused weight gain. She improved greatly and was able to either switch meds or go on lower doses. She has rosy cheeks like mine or she had rosy cheeks (the only difference being she loves hers and I hate mine). She moved schools so last weekend when we went out to lunch together I noticed that as well as losing all this weight she also looked paler. Not sick pale but her rosy cheeks weren’t as noticeable.

If I was to lose weight would I become paler too?

I do have high blood pressure,nothing really bad,i have it controlled,i am in my 20’s, i masturbate an average of twice at day on weekends and once on a regular working day,i heard many people saying that masturbation is good for the prostate and relax your mind and body but what about when you have high blood pressure,can this affect me more than help me?

one shower in my house doesnt have good water pressure once in a while it will have high pressure but it switches at random times we already cleaned the shower head and it did not do anything all the other faucets are fine along with the other shower we have it is just that one shower can anybody help me?

I only noticed this a few days ago, and I noticed for whatever reason that I had little to no oil left in my car, so i filled it up, and then car ran MUCH better and the AC was better, but that noise wihch seemed like light steaming noise, like when you’re making tea and u hear that shhhhhhhhhhh the steam noise coming out of it,…well I notice it upon starting my car and then it remains like that…same severity..doesn’t get higher or lower, and obviously it goes away after I turn my car off, its only on when the car’s on, and when I pop my hood, while the engine is on…the noise seems to be coming from the center/or upper right center by the battery of the car…right ont he top somewhere.

It seems like something there is very …steamy or like a pipe that’s getting ready to burst, it seems like something either has alot of pressure to it..or what not i don’t know but I definitely notice it and when you pop the hood and really look down to investigate, it gets reasonably loud too. However, all of my fluids are okay, I don’t notice any leaks, nothing seems broken or malfunctioning, no lights are going off/on, and car performance is decent.

But that noise is new, and I only noticed it a few days ago, and it’s not like I didn’t change my oil 10,000+ miles, but it has bene around 5,6,7 tops…..but for whatever reason I didn’t seem to have much oil IN my engine, so it was perhaps burning it off very soon .

I also notice light smells, lately…but it doesn’t smell like oil or coolant…or anything recognizable, not even like gas exhaust. It smells light and different. it definitely smells chemical like it’s a fluid of some sorts but I can’t quite point my finger on what it is.

Does that mean that I have a leak somewhere? could it be related to that noise?

did the engine overheat due to low oil or not having an oil change enough and i screwed something up?

Something doesn’t feel right, and I’m definitely bringing it in tomorrow as this is sunday, but I need a rough idea, so at least I’d know what to tell them to thoroughly investigate when I bring it in.

Worst case scenario? Best case scenario?

Also what’s the worst that can happen if ur oil doesnt get changed on the right time or u run out? Shouldnt I notice anything?

To be fair..about two weeks ago I DID notice my check oil light come on and off, flickered once or twice….and then i poured some oil in, and then that light NEVER returned again.

so this might be related to oil problems….but I don’t want it to get to the point where my engine goes…so I’m asking now.

I have never had a boyfriend and I’m seventeen years old. I guess I hadn’t found the right guy yet. My sister was talking to me and was like if you dont start dating people you want get the high school experience of dating. I mean I have guys ask me to be there girlfriend but never really got to know me? also I believe in waiting to have sex after im marry. THats probably one of the reasons I can’t find someone I would really like to date. Is there anything wrong with me wanting a good guy with same values and respects me and doesn’t pressure me in doing anything I dont want to do?
